The Teachers’ Enrichment Program commenced on 20th May 2025 at 9:30 AM with an aim to enhance the professional competencies of educators. The session was graced by Rev. Sister Lilly Pushpa, the coordinator of the Adolescent Empowerment Program of the Mangalore Province.
Rev. Sr. Lilly conducted an insightful and interactive training on several vital topics including:
Effective classroom management strategies
Techniques for handling different types of students
Child safety rules and regulations
Legal provisions and child rights
Awareness and prevention of child abuse
The program created a deeper understanding among teachers abou their roles in ensuring a safe, inclusive, and effective learning environment.
The session concluded at 4:00 PM with a heartfelt vote of thanks delivered by Mrs. Reshma, acknowledging the resource person, organizers, and participants for their enthusiastic involvement.
