On 1st November 2025, our school organized a Parents’ Sports Meet as part of the Silver Jubilee celebrations. The event began with a prayer and lighting of the lamp. Mr. Kiran Shetty, Coordinator of Patla Foundation, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. Mr. Sundar Naik, Physical Education Teacher of Manjotti Star Line English Medium School, and Mr. Ramachandra Doddamani, Physical Education Teacher of Koyyuru Government High School, served as judges.
Various events were conducted for both men and women. Men participated in tug of war, dodgeball, shot put, and the 100m race, while women took part in throwball, tug of war, shot put, the 100m race, and fun games. All participants showed great enthusiasm and sportsmanship.
Jyothi Hospital, Laila, and Manipal KMC generously donated a first aid kit to the school. Lunch arrangements were made for everyone. The event was sponsored by Mr. Babu Raj, Mr. Irshad K., Mrs. Sukeshini, Mr. Dinesh Shetty, and Mr. Yogeesh Kanal.
The programme was attended by Headmistress Sister Preethi George, Correspondent Sister Elsie Pallet, PTA President Mr. Reji George, Vice President Mrs. Sunita Fernandes, Staff Secretary Mrs. Veena Naik, Physical Education Teacher Mr. Ajith Kumar, PTA members, parents, students, and staff. The event was hosted by Mrs. Soumya Lawrence, welcomed by Sister Preethi George, and concluded with a vote of thanks by Mrs. Madhura.
